The mission of this company is to promote reading through a variety of activities and ultimately make reading accessible for everyone. The internet is full of books published already in usable EPUB formats (as well as) in PDF and many other forms; devices also have been made in great quantities, used by many and tossed out or sitting unused. WFTB works to promote reading in two ways:
- Promoting free sourced, linked, or hosted EPUB/PDF books on an accessible website, with synopsis, and wiki-style articles for each publication that is online, free to access, and easy to navigate yourself into a book worth your time to read. (funded by donations)
- Recycling E-Readers and tablets and repurposing them into usable e-readers again. Otherwise responsibly recycling them or disposing them.
