Classy Chassis

Rent-a-center like rentals for PC Desktops, Servers, Tablets and Devices, with a comprehensive 360 degree responsible recycling program that supplies, manages (supports hardware and device defects, limited IT and SLA support), consults with companies about supplying hardware on a lease or rental basis, contracts signed based on scale and scope requirements of the companies’ objective with a locked-in subscription fee the costs less than a capital purchase.

Asset managers cheer for joy, all rentals of PC equipment are managed by Classy Chassis rentals and rental plans and subscription plans are available for tech refreshes, cyclical workstation refreshes, inventory spreadsheets, etc. all as part of the service. Companies under the CC rental services agreement basically use the equipment as if they purchased it, can install agents on it and use their MSP or IT Staff to manage it all or use the equipment in any way that doesn’t violate Classy Chassis’s Terms of Use Policy and Liability. Companies using Classy Chassis to lease their PCs and equipment are welcome to have it managed by us or by a separate MSP (if our simple IT Maintenance plan isn’t enough for your needs).

  • PC or Networking Equipment rental services company
  • Provides IT equipment with flexible funding options including COD, Layaway, Separate payment plans, or the subscription model. 
  • Classy Chassis then makes a profit making large PC equipment purchases during winter and clearance sales or work with subscription subcontractors to provide top of the line equipment.
  • Revenue is provided through savings on equipment purchasing during clearance sales in the winter, and through managed services, and principally through the “subscription plan” which guarantees for Classy Chassis revenue from each client forecasted.
  • Classy Chassis then manages all the life cycles of the equipment using Enterprise Resource Management Software and we work with the customer to stay in compliance with an agreed contract. 
  • Equipment is owned by the rental agency (Classy Chassis) so after the equipment is no longer in production use, it holds the rights to resell it online (to recap revenue or donate to charity), donate it to a non-profit, use it for training or educational purposes for staff and dependents, or simply recycle it responsibly according to the PCI/HIPAA contracts signed with the client.
  • Clients benefit from not worrying about IT equipment and budgeting is done through subscription. Each months’ subscription pays back the initial expenditure for the equipment and adds to the account for the next tech refresh. Straight Arrow uses the saved revenue from subscriptions to midgate costs and look to take the most advantage of clearance sales from Dell / HP and others.
  • Classy Chassis takes merchandise purchased and schedules it for the next available tech refresh customer. The team orchestrates getting the next equipment “next-to” deploy ready for the customer (or future customer) based on “readiness” templates or images. 
  • When a company is due for a refresh, Classy Chassis works with one company resource to manage schedules and does the deployment with the least amount of interruption.
